Sisterhood Works is a safe, inclusive, and multilingual community platform built for women worldwide. Our mission is to empower women through connection, mutual support, shared knowledge, and community growth — no matter where they come from.

Connect with your sisters in real time. Group chats and direct messages are automatically translated into each member's chosen language, so language is never a barrier to connection. Share text, images, audio messages, and files with ease.
Sometimes you just need someone who has been through it. Our Buddy System matches newer community members with experienced sisters who can offer guidance, a listening ear, and support. You can browse available buddies, view their profiles, and request a connection.
Grow your skills and knowledge through training programs organised by our team. Training materials and documents are intelligently translated into all supported languages so every sister can fully participate. RSVP, receive reminders, and never miss a session.
Your personal roadmap. Our checklist feature helps you track important steps in your journey — whether that is settlement, language learning, employment, or personal goals. Mark steps as complete and watch your progress grow.
Our community gift-and-share board, where sisters pass on items they no longer need — clothes, children's items, books, household goods — completely free of charge. It is generosity made simple. Every item given is an act of solidarity.
Stay connected to the community. Receive updates about new training programs, messages, Instagram posts from our official account, and important announcements — all through a dedicated notifications screen, customisable to your preferences.
Sisterhood Works is proudly powered by WelkomNL, a Netherlands Guide application dedicated to helping newcomers navigate life in the Netherlands. WelkomNL provides the foundational infrastructure, support, and vision that makes Sisterhood Works possible.
